BATHROOMS

• There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 1 common and 5 attached.
• All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
• Separate dressing areas are offered in one bathroom on level 1 and 2 each. 

COMMON AREAS

• There is one living room on the ground floor and one on the second floor. 
• The living room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating for up to 20 people.
• The living room on the second floor offers comfortable seating for up to 15 people.  
• Both the living rooms have ACs attached. 
• There is a private lawn of 2400 sq. ft. which offers comfortable seating for up to 25 people.
•  Events can be hosted there with prior notice.
• The lawn is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes. 
• There is a swimming pool which offers a view of the garden. 
• The pool is 19 X 15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN

• Guests can access the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. However, elaborate cooking is not allowed.
• The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, an induction plate, a mixer, a grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
• Crockery and cutlery are available for 25 people.

Guest Interaction:

Although the host is not physically present at the property, they are always accessible via call or message to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Additionally, a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to address any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM, and if guests require assistance after 7 PM, an additional charge will be levied. However, please note that the caretaker will not be available after 10 PM.

HOUSE RULES

• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• The check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am Early check-in and late check-out can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per hour.
• The staff will source the groceries every morning, before noon. Guests are requested to convey their requirements for the next day before 7 PM. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
• Housekeeping will take place every day between 11 AM - 4 PM. Linens will be changed every 2 days.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa and in the balconies.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Guests are requested to refrain from moving any furniture.
• Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness.
• Children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the game zone as a precaution.
• During festivities like Holi and Diwali, the use of colours and bursting of crackers is not permitted.
• The trampoline is only accessible to children under the age of 15. Adult supervision is advised.
• Please note that a DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹5000 per room will be collected before check-in.

POLICIES

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• A DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹5000 per room will be collected before check-in.
• This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

ADD-ON SERVICES

• We are pleased to offer a range of additional services to enhance your stay at our property. For those who wish to indulge in a delicious barbecue, we can arrange a barbecue kit in the outdoor areas of the property, subject to availability, for an additional cost. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will be levied.
• For your convenience, we offer packaged drinking water bottles at an additional cost. If you require the use of our villa sockets for EV charging, an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only will be levied.
• We welcome children below the age of 5 years at no additional charge. However, for children above the age of 5 years, an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day, per child will be applicable.
• Please be advised that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property. For those who require butler services, this can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to prior request and availability.
